Shipping policy

FREE delivery on all standard shipping items when you spend $300 or more in a single transaction OR $10 flat rate to urban and $16 to rural addresses. Please note that if you choose the wrong shipping option additional charges will be invoiced to you and require payment before we dispatch products. We do not give refunds if you have chosen the wrong shipping cost. These shipping costs excludes bulky items Classes (2-6).

Orders delivered to North Island will be received within approximately 1-2 business days. Orders for South Island within 3-4 business days.
Additional freight charges apply to large and bulky items.
